Plateletcrit
Plateletcrit (PCT) estimates the volume fraction of whole blood occupied by platelets — enter as percent (e.g. 0.22), not the raw fraction 0.002.
PCT roughly tracks platelet count × MPV. Useful as a CBC companion when reports print PCT separately from the absolute count. If the lab prints a unitless fraction (0.002), convert to % (×100) or choose the L/L unit in the entry form.
How to read it
Named plateletcrit in the catalog (not pct as an id) to avoid collision with procalcitonin if that marker is added later. The PCT alias still resolves here because FBC reports use that abbreviation.
