Life is our mission.

Born to celebrate the beauty of being. Opportunities for stakeholders and global initiatives. Leading the future in optimal health.

Who we are

The optimists.

Diverse elements naturally selected for independent thinking and international perspective, bonded by a shared vision for a luminous world.

What we offer

One account, four things inside.

A tracker that adjusts to your stage

Targets that shift automatically through pre-pregnancy, each trimester, and postnatal.

A free library

Every nutrient and blood marker we track, explained in plain language. Free to read, no account required.

Certified supplement marks

A small number of products carry our editorial endorsement, verifiable any time.

Privacy-bounded partner data

Anonymized, aggregate insight for the organizations building alongside us.

How it started

The window of opportunity.

We built Optimal after watching someone close to us spend her whole first trimester bouncing between forums, contradictory articles, and rushed appointments that never had time for her actual questions. She didn’t need more opinions. She needed a straight answer and a plan she could trust.

That’s the idea behind everything here: give anyone, anywhere, the same calm, evidence-based guidance, whether or not they can afford a private nutritionist.

Free to read, everywhere

The library stays open to anyone, no account or payment required.

Written by people, checked against the evidence

Every article is drafted and reviewed by our team.

No guilt, ever

We tell you what helps. We don’t tell you how to feel about it.

Birth rates today

Every major developed country is below replacement.

Children per woman, 2024. Replacement is about 2.1, the number that keeps a population steady without migration. The redder the bar, the further a country is from it.
