Lymphocyte percentage is the differential share of lymphocytes among white cells.
Relative lymphopenia is common when neutrophils rise in pregnancy or infection. Pair with the absolute lymphocyte count.
How to read it
Use alongside total WBC and neutrophil % rather than in isolation.
