Brand and Asset Use Policy

Names, logos and artwork belong to Nativity Ltd. This page explains how other persons may use them. No permission is granted unless clearance has been provided by Nativity Ltd.

1. What this covers

Brand assets are the names Optimal, Optimal Being and Certified when they are shown as a logo or in a design, logos, icons and badges, illustrations, photographs, screenshots and videos, colours and typefaces when they are used as part of a design, and every file on the brand assets page.

2. No use unless clearance provided

No one may use the brand assets unless it has first been cleared in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, press, partners, sponsors, brands, affiliates, developers. Clearance covers the use you described and nothing else.

3. What does not need permission

You may write the names in plain text to refer to us, as long as you are accurate and you do not suggest that we sponsor, endorse or work with you.

4. How to ask

Use the Rights & Permissions route of our contact form. Tell us who you are, what you want to use, where and how it will appear, including any mock-ups, for how long, and in which countries.

5. Downloading is not permission

Our brand assets page may allow you to download certain files, grouped as Optimal, Optimal Being and Certified. Downloading a file is not clearance for your use of the assets.

6. If we accept

We will confirm by email what is permitted, where and for how long. This permission is for that use only.

7. Certified assets

You may use the Certified assets only for the product certified, and only while its certification stands. If the certification ends or is withdrawn, you must cease your use of the assets.

8. Conditions that come with every permission

Unless stated otherwise in writing:

• Use the files as we supplied them. Do not change, crop, recolour, animate or combine them with other logos.
• Do not suggest that we endorse, sponsor or partner with you beyond what we approved.
• Do not use them in a way that is misleading or unlawful, or next to adult, hateful or false health content.
• Do not use them in a company, product, domain, app or social account name.
• Do not redistribute or let anyone else use them.
• We can withdraw permission by notifying you. You must then stop using them within a reasonable time.
• Nothing here grants any right in the names or logos except what is approved in writing.

9. Other people's marks

Some logos and names on our site may belong to others, such as app stores, browsers and AI assistants. We cannot grant you permission for those assets. You must request permission from the owner of the mark.

10. Use without permission

Inform us at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of our assets. If you are using our assets without permission we may ask you to stop and remove them, and may take legal action.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time.
