About you
Pregnancy dates
Your LMP drives gestational age, trimester targets, developmental context, and the nutrient timeline.
Changes apply immediately across Day Score, Insights, and developmental context. Journal entries without a trimester override re-score against the updated GA.
Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDAs)
Design a pregnancy target arc: assign a published standard to each phase (PRE→T3), override individual nutrients globally or per phase, and preview the full trajectory. Historical and regional figures differ widely — iron is 14.8 mg (UK) vs 27 mg (US IOM). Save your own standard for chosen phases, then edit its targets any time with Edit values. When targets change, you’ll see which logged days shift and can refresh cached views by phase. Saved standards sync to your account when signed in.
Reference snapshots for an adult woman in pregnancy, in the app's canonical units. The default standard applies to all phases unless you assign per-phase profiles; overrides can be all-phases or phase-specific. Planning context, not medical advice — confirm targets with your healthcare provider.
Blood test reference standards
Choose how lab results are judged against reference ranges. Pregnancy trimester-adjusted bands apply where clinically documented; general laboratory ranges match a typical adult lab printout. Status badges in Journal and Trends use the active standard.
Reference intervals are planning aids, not diagnostic cut-offs — always interpret results with your clinician and the lab's own report.
Absorption model
Tunables for meal-resolved absorption dynamics. Defaults follow consensus literature; overrides apply to scoring and insights for your profile.
Non-default models are flagged on shared views. Overrides still apply to adequacy scoring when active.
Custom ingredients
Define your own foods with a full micro/macro map — synced when signed in. They appear in the Meal Planner food picker.
Adjust quantities, remove a food, or add from the catalog (grams, millilitres, or doses per item). Edits are staged until you update scores or save the day to your journal. Use ‹ › to move between days.

Target & safety lens
Every target-tracked nutrient on a 0 → target → limit scale (limit column shows — when no UL applies). The three columns split intake, closeness to target, and closeness to the limit. Sortable.

Intake and store trends across your selected date range
One-compartment educational model. Retention MA = exponentially weighted intake (t½, excretion α, retention r per nutrient). Bands = ingredient estimate ranges. Blood results on journal days can calibrate stores. Projections assume recent logged intake; intervals reflect estimate spread. Not clinical PK.
